The work comes first
Vaille Construction serves Truckee and the North Lake Tahoe area, including Gray’s Crossing and Alpine Meadows. The team handles new custom home construction, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, masonry and stone work, and more. You will usually find them on the job. Not behind a desk.
This business is an Operator
Vaille Construction runs its front office on AI. Every call gets answered. Day or night. Even mid job.
The assistant knows the business. It knows the area. It remembers you when you call again. It takes messages. It answers questions. It texts you the details you asked for. It can even send an invoice you pay in one tap.
A real person always reads the summary. Anything urgent wakes a human right away. The crew stays on the work. No call gets missed.
The office runs on Operator. AI works for me.
